Here is the recipe for very easy smoothies with only berries, plant milk and bananas.
I have been making and snapping these easy berry smoothies over the past few weeks, and there’s still much to adjust with the tastings (which is full of an overload of possibilities), but I’m really happy with this new and very easy recipe and I’m so glad for your interests sharing your own pure bliss with me!

Smoothies with 3 ingredients:
Easy Smoothies - Only made with bananas, red berries and almond milk. Healthy and quick recipe for a delicious treat. Go find the recipe here:
- 3 bananas, soft
- 3-4 cups of frozen mixed berries (I used blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and red current)
- 2 cups of almond milk
Mix all ingredients together in a blender, and blend until it's creamy.
Add to glasses and be sure to add some delicious toppings. (good tip: make these smoothies double up, so you have some extra for following hours.)
Making Smoothies there’s no limitations and no rules. Just use what you have in the kitchen and be sure to use some ingredients from there season. I always use frozen bananas and mangos. It gives such a creaminess to the recipe. I only use fresh berries from the season and frozen berries in the autumn, vinter and spring. This recipe is made very easy with only 3 ingredients. But you can easily add more fruit, spices or other tastes. Making smoothies is a good excuse to use all your leftover fruits and vegetabels.
Experiment with different spices and vegetables and your smoothies will get to a whole new level. I made this delicious yellow Smoothie Deluxe recipe with a lot of great taste from spices, peach and banana. So I can really recommend using some new ingredients..
