- Juice from 1 clementine or orange
- 2 frozen banana
- pieces from half a mango
- 0,5 tsp turmeric
- 3 tablespoon neutral soya yogurt (I used Alpro)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Mix it all together very carefully in a blender. I added one extra banana because I find the texture better. But you can easily add 2 frozen bananas as long as you mix it very carefully in your blender. Decorated with coconut, crunchy biscuits, eatable flowers and blueberries.
~ Ingredients; frozen banana, half a mango, a tsp turmeric, juice from one clementine and a lot of fresh ginger!
~ Blend carefully in a high powered blender. Totally in love with the smell from the turmeric – best kick-start for winter mornings!
