This is one of my favorite summer recipes – grilled flatbreads. Made with perfect, easy and tasty summer ingredients. Really simple to make, whether it’s for snack, lunch or dinner.

The perfect summer night would be in front of fire outside a warm summer evening. But sadly i didn’t had a fire place to go to, so these flatbread were made inside just on the pan. And you can easily do that! They taste absolutely amazing, and the smell makes you feel just outside. I really hope, you can use this recipe. Go find the recipe just underneath.
Flatbreads:
Delicious and warm homemade flatbreads – vegan recipe. Grill them or make on a pan. Eat with kold tzatziki. Perfect healthy summer snack. Get the recipe here.
Ingredients
- 200g organic flour
- 100g Graham (or other wholemeal)
- 1 cup + 3/4 Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- A pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
To a large mixing bowl, add flour, graham, sea salt and baking powder. Mix together and add coconut yoghurt and whisk. Use your hands to shape the dough. Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap. Set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Once doubled in size, place some flour on a clean surface and cut the dough into 8 pieces, roll each piece into a large circle that's fairly thin. Let it rest side by side while heating a pan.
Add a little olive oil on the pan (chili oil or what you prefer) get the pan nice and smokey hot. Add one flatbread, flip and cook for 2 1/2 minutes on each side. Repeat, adding more oil and warm until all flatbreads is cooked and beautiful have a golden color.
Enjoy the flatbreads immediately, or let them cool completely and store in a well-sealed bag or container up to 3 days (though best when fresh). Serve and eat with col tzatziki on the side. Enjoy!
